The grade 7 technology education outline is designed to expose students to a variety of software packages and other environments. Students may complete units/modules in the following areas:
Drafting, Structures and Engineering Unit:
- Part 1 – Tower Module Parts 1-5
- Part 2 – Drafting your tower (refer to instruction sheet provided in part 1)
- Part 3 – Introduction to Sketchup – Complete 3D model of Tower
- Part 4 – Construct Tower
- Part 5 – Westpoint Bridge Design software or Bridge
